Hello and welcome! 

 

Style wise you will see from my work I gravitate towards natural skin and effortless, modern hair, making sure you look the best version of yourself on a very good day...ALL DAY. I adore my job, I feel very fortunate I get to be creative and allow people to express themselves through hair and makeup.

I have over 15 years of working in the premium and luxury end of the cosmetics and skincare industry. I am a cruelty-free makeup and hair stylist, which means all the products I use don't test ingredients or finished product on animals. 

​

So how did I get into makeup and hair? After training in media makeup at London School of Makeup, I quickly found a home in retail, with the bulk of my experience coming from 6 years in the White Hall of Harrods. 

​

Having progressed with Shiseido a Scientific Japanese brand, I became their National Makeup Artist and then Head of Training for the UK.  (I also appeared on QVC as Shiseido's Beauty Expert) With my job I had the opportunity to travel all over the World, learning new techniques and constantly staying up to date with trends and products. 

 

A career break (thanks to my lovely kids!) gave me the opportunity to start my own business, providing my services on your wedding day (and any other events!).

I live in Cambridgeshire with my husband and 2 children in a very old house we are renovating.  I have two camper vans called Betsy (available for hire) and Bear and a cat called Tui. When I'm not doing makeup or entertaining my kids, I'm pretty obsessed with interiors, horse riding, cooking veggie food (I am vegetarian, hence my choice to be cruelty-free when using products), travelling and I write health and beauty pages for a magazine.
